Island Map Creation Tools
Development footage showing the main menu controls for map creation. The controls allow for a range of variables to be changed and for you to look upon your creation before deciding if this is a map you wish to play on. A wide range of options are being included in this powerful map creation tool so you wont ever have to worry about being limited to map options. Biome controls are also being included in this all in one solution to your map creation needs.

Fly Through of your procedural Islands
Development footage showing procedural world creation. Features Nanite, Lumen and other Unreal Engine 5 technology allowing for the generation of Millions of Polygons on screen. Map creation tools allow for a wide range of map types to be generated by the player. Biome controls are also under development. Development footage shown.

Procedural Castle Creation Tool for Ai Castles
Development footage showing the start of procedural castle creation for enemy factions. Castle building while done by the player themselves needs procedural systems to add some variety to the enemy faction castle designs. What is shown in the video is the current procedural system generating a series of castle designs. Designs will become increasingly more complicated as development of A FEW GOOD SOULS continues. Additional options will include different layouts being possible and additional castle parts.

Mass Ai System Using VAT (Vertex Animated Textures)
Development footage showing the working of Unreal Engine 5.4 (UE5.4) with Mass Ai. Animation is being driven by textures greatly reducing the animation cost for multiple Ai agents. This scene shows development progress with the Mass Ai system with the Ai using Mass Ai Zones to navigate around a base castle.
