Hi Parkers,

Exciting time are here for National Parks Tycoon so lets dive into this weeks updates to the game and Demo download.

Increased speed by another 10FPS. This will change depending on your machine specs, obviously once I get a settings menu added things will work better for us all.

Added back in the woodworker and stone mason building options. These buildings process timber when you harvest trees and stone from your park giving you an extra cash profit on top. They both require electricity and both have a negative effect on your park score due to the industrial nature of the buildings and operations they carry out.

NEW night time effects added and some post process changes. These new night effects are a start of much larger UE5 systems being integrated into the game at the moment. Check out the new volumetric fog at night, as seen below.



See through trees is now on by default, head to the camera menu to switch it on or off.

NEW item damage is now included so expect some costs to keep items in tip top condition.
More will be done with the damage system as I expand it but for now what you will see is a spanner above items that are no longer generating any income due to damage. Click on the spanner to repair the item or delete it and buy a new one if it is going to cost too much.

NEW Building, Repair Shop. The repair shop saves you from manually fixing items youself. In time I will make this building reduce the cost of repairs as well. I would only build this if your park is making a good amount of profit, until then stick with doing it yourself as some items are better off scapped than repaired. Currently included in the repair system are donation and electric items, more to follow as developement continues.

Two new kiosks have been added as seen below.  These are a burger and hotdog kiosk. Remember you can close them by clicking on the side panels. You might want to close them if you are not generating enough profits. You can then click on the sides again to open them.



Fix to Sizeable Tree which was vanishing due to draw distance error

New voices added. A few more voices have been added to the general chatter you will hear around your parks. Even more will be coming over the next few weeks.
